Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AnywhereSkills collects through this website, why we collect it and what you can do about it, under India’s Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the rules under them.

AnywhereSkills is registered at 14th Floor, Tower-B, Unitech Cyber Park, 1401, Sector 39, Gurugram, Haryana 122003. We are the data fiduciary for the data you give us on this website.

• What we collect: your name, mobile number, city, the programme you are interested in and the details you add to a form. We never ask for your passport, Aadhaar or other documents on this website.
• Why we collect it: to call you about our programmes, answer your questions and share batch dates.
• Sharing for job support: only with your consent. Our counsellor asks you first, and we then share your details and scorecard with a recruiting agent registered with India’s Ministry of External Affairs, who may share them with employers abroad and handles them under its own privacy policy. We tell you the agent’s name before we share.
• Who can see it: our counselling and skilling teams, and the companies that host this website, our email and our WhatsApp chat, only to run those services. A recruiting agent sees it only after you agree.
• How long we keep it: up to 24 months after our last contact with you. We delete it sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
• Your choices: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Write to info@anywhereskills.com and we reply within 30 days. If you withdraw, we stop sharing and ask the agent to delete what we sent.
• Someone to act for you: you can name another person to use these rights for you.
• Complaints: if you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
• Under 18: our programmes are for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must contact us for you.
• Language: you can ask for this policy in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu or another Indian language.
• We never sell your data.

Terms of Use

By using this website you agree to these terms.

• The content here is general information about our programmes. The details confirmed to you in writing by our team are the ones that apply.
• AnywhereSkills is a skilling company. It is not a recruiting agent and does not issue jobs, visas, work permits, emigration clearance or licences.
• Job support abroad is given only through recruiting agents registered with the Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, under India’s emigration law.
• No job, visa, licence or work permit is guaranteed. Jobs depend on employer demand and on decisions by the authorities of the destination country.
• AnywhereSkills issues only its own certificate of completion and scorecard. Certificates and licences such as EU driving licences and Code 95, GCC driving licences and crane operator cards, Saudi SVP results, ISO 9606-1, ASME or AWS welder qualifications, and nursing licences and registrations are issued only by the bodies, authorities or employers authorised for them. Our programmes prepare you for their tests.
• All text, logos, photos and videos on this website belong to AnywhereSkills or are used with permission, and some photos are illustrative.

• This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• If we add website analytics or other services that set cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• The refund and cancellation terms for your programme are given to you in writing before you enrol.
• Please read them before enrolling, and ask our team if anything is unclear.
